We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and secure place to store your RVs and boats. All current and future tenants are expected to adhere to the below guidelines at all times.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and secure place to store your RVs and boats. All current and future tenants are expected to adhere to the below guidelines at all times.

ALL items stored at Fairfield RV & Boat Storage MUST be in good working order. This includes;

  • All tires inflated, No flats
  • No broken windows
  • No tarps covering vehicles. Only fitted boat or RV covers are allowed.
  • All motorized vehicles must run.
  • All vehicles must be locked and secured by Owners.
  • Parking is only allowed in your assigned space number.
  • We require that you provide a current picture of the vehicle to be stored for pre-approval prior to executing a lease agreement.
  • You must provide a copy of your current and valid registration for the vehicle you want plan to store.
  • You must provide a copy of your current and valid insurance for any vehicle you want to store.
  • Storage access hours are 7 am-7 pm, 7 days a week.
  • Minimum rental term is 3 months. Tenancy becomes month to month after 3 months.
  • NO PERSON’S can live in their stored items on the property at anytime
  • Gate Code – Each tenant will be assigned a personal gate code to gain access to the facility and will use this code to enter and exit. Do not give this number out to anyone.
  • Rent payments are due on the 1st, late on the 10th, a $20 late fee will be automatically assessed. All balances shall accrue interest at a rate of 5% per week
  • We offer the convenience of auto-billing in the form of a recurring charge on your credit card.
  • No mechanical work on your stored item is allowed at any time.
  • No explosives or illegal substances can be stored in the facility at any time.

ITEMS ILLEGAL FOR SELF-SERVICE STORAGE

(We strictly adhere to the State law and any applicable law governing items eligible for storage.) 

  • Living creatures or organisms
  • Dead animals or other carcasses.
  • Gasoline, oil, fuel, grease or flammable chemicals 
  • Explosives, fireworks, or ammunition
  • Corrosives
  • Toxic or hazardous materials
  • Asbestos or products containing asbestos
  • Items having a noxious smell
  • Controlled substances
  • Prohibited weapons under State law
  • Stolen property
  • Any and all items illegal for self-storage under any law
